- The product must be returned to us within 21 days of invoice.
- A valid Receipt has to be provided.
- Please provide a brief written statement mentioning the reason for the return and your account details.
- The product must be in its original condition and box.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund your return costs.
- Our quality guarantee applies to both our individual customers and our commercial customers.
- A 50% customization fee applies to all personalized items.
- Canceled orders before manufacturing will still have to pay the service of 3D Convert and a $25 designing fee.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Personalized and non-personalized items with a valid receipt may be exchanged hassle-free for the same item or another of equal or lesser value.
Non-personalized items with a valid receipt may be returned for a complete refund within 21 days of the purchase date.*
