How It Works

Each of our banners is printed using UV-cured inks on premium scrim vinyl — a woven material designed to combine flexibility with lasting strength. You can choose the vinyl weight that best suits your display needs:

• 13oz Scrim Vinyl – Versatile Everyday Option
  Lightweight yet durable, perfect for short- to medium-term use indoors or outdoors. Ideal for sales events, community fairs, and indoor displays where easy installation matters.

• 15oz Scrim Vinyl – Enhanced Durability
  Thicker and more resistant to wind and handling, making it great for semi-permanent outdoor displays such as storefronts, building façades, or recurring events.

• 18oz Scrim Vinyl – Heavy-Duty, Double-Sided Performance
  The most durable option, ideal for large outdoor installations, long-term signage, or banners exposed to strong weather. Often chosen for double-sided printing due to its opacity and reinforced strength.

Customization Options

Welding

Double-sided banners include a 1.5" white border for welding purposes. Our system automatically adjusts your image to ensure a perfect, seamless finish.

Rope

For added reinforcement, a 500 lb nylon cord can be welded into the banner with 2 feet of slack on both ends (requires welding). Choose from:

• Top Only

• Top & Bottom

Grommets

Available in any size, with spacing options such as:

• Every 2–3 feet

• Every 1–2 feet

• Every 6–12 inches

• Corners Only

• Custom intervals (6–48 inches)

Pole Pockets

Wind Slits

For banners over 24”x24” and under 120”x120”, wind slits can be added to help mitigate strong wind effects while maintaining visual integrity.
