SHIPPING
How will my order ship?
Our standard shipping method is UPS and USPS, which generally arrive within 1-5 business days AFTER we processed your order. USPS is the only shipping method that offers Saturday deliveries. No Sunday deliveries.
Shipping method option given to customers is UPS and USPS:
UPS only offers Monday - Friday deliveries.
If you need a rush shipment on your order, we offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air for express shipping methods. You can upgrade to an express shipping method at our checkout page. Our shipping and handling include insurance.
When will my order be delivered?
*Your delivery time depends on which shipping method you select. When calculating delivery time, remember all orders have a 2-5 business day processing time** in addition to the shipping method that is selected. Also, keep in mind the distance between us and you. We are located in Miami, FL.*
USPS Priority: 3-5 business days processing time** + 2-3 business days delivery time = 5-8 business days expected time.
USPS First Class: 3-5 business days processing time** + 3-5 business days delivery time = 6-10 business days expected time.
UPS Ground: 3-5 business days processing time** + 5-7 business day shipping time = 8-12 business days expected time.
UPS 2 Day Air: 3-5 business days processing time** + 2 business day shipping time = 5-7 business day expected time.
UPS Next Day Air: 3-5 business days processing time** + 1 business day shipping time = 4-6 business day expected time.
** During the holiday season, the processing time is prolonged for Ornaments to about 7-10 business days. Make sure to get your order in early to be able to receive your Ornaments on time.
*Please note: The above does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Other Countries.*
What are your shipping rates?
Orders within the United States:
We offer four different shipping methods.
USPS: $10.00
UPS Ground: $9.58 - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air: $17.50 ($25 for Hawaii and Alaska)
UPS Next Day Air: $32 ($40 for Hawaii and Alaska)
International Orders:
Unike Love is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
All international orders ship via UPS and then get transferred to your local post office. All pricing is different, pertaining to the size of crystal, weight, and location.
Can I pick up my order?
We do allow pick-ups at our offices in Miami, FL, USA. If you are a local or are going to be in Miami, FL, and want to pick up your order, please request a pick up in the 'Special Instructions' section on the order form. All pickups must be scheduled through our Customer Service department. Once an order is picked up from our office, we will refund your shipping charge.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order HAS NOT shipped, we are able to change your shipping address in our system. Please contact Customer Service immediately at +1 (305) 999-5894.
If it HAS shipped, it is not guaranteed we can change the address. We will contact the Carrier for the status of your shipment and to see if an address change is possible. If yes, a change fee will be applied by Carrier and the delivery time will be delayed.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do. All orders shipping to a PO Box will be sent via USPS.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we do. All orders shipping to APO addresses will be sent via USPS and have a longer estimated delivery time.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada via UPS Standard service. This does not include any applicable duties due to Canada Customs.
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes of goods (like excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf. UPS will request payment of additional charges (duties and taxes) at the time of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to places all around the world!
Unike Love is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Some areas we do not ship to (yet!) include Africa, China, Palestine, Southwest Asia, and Yugoslavia. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, send an email to and we will let you know.
Are there any restrictions with international shipping?

COVID-19 and Biosecurity Prevention Policy
In the current environment, it is important for all of us to be health-conscious. That is why we want to update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health with Unike Love products.
Most of the products that you purchase from Unike Love have been in stock in our US warehouse for weeks or months. We control every aspect of our production facilities including sanitation. All employees currently wear masks, have their temperature monitored at the start of each day and the entire production line is sanitized four times per day. Our working area and the products that we do not make ourselves such as some Light Bases and bearings are all sanitized before shipping.
In perfect conditions, the COVID-19 virus can live on a surface anywhere from a few hours to a few days. For products that we air freight to the USA such as Necklaces, it usually takes four days for them to arrive in our warehouse, and then it takes a further two days to ship them to our customers. We will sanitize the custom products again in our US warehouse before re-shipping them to you to ensure that there is absolutely no possibility of Unike Love products causing any infection.
