Care Instructions for Custom Apparel
To keep your custom designs looking fresh and vibrant, please follow these care instructions. These tips apply to all types of customizations, including DTF (Direct to Film), Vinyl (Regular & Reflective), and Screen Printing.
Washing & Drying
- Wash Inside Out: Always wash your garment inside out to protect the design.
- Cold Water: Machine wash in cold water (below 30°C / 86°F) to prevent fading and damage.
- Gentle Cycle: Use a gentle cycle to extend the life of both the fabric and the design.
- Mild Detergent: Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the print.
- Drying: Air drying is best. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat. High heat may cause prints to crack or peel.
- Dry Inside Out: For added protection, flip the garment inside out before drying.
Additional Tips
- Avoid Dry Cleaning: Dry cleaning can be harsh on custom prints. Stick to machine or hand washing for the best results.
- Storage: Store your garments in a cool, dry place and avoid hanging them in direct sunlight for long periods to prevent fading.
- Reflective Vinyl: For garments with reflective vinyl, ensure the reflective areas stay free from excessive heat or pressure to maintain visibility.
